MatchMyMobile is free to use and fair to everyone. These terms spell out what that means in practice.
What this service is
MatchMyMobile is an independent, free comparison of Swiss mobile plans. What you see here is information, not advice, and we are not a sales intermediary.
Every deal button leads to the provider's own website; any contract forms exclusively between you and the provider. MatchMyMobile can earn a commission when a subscription starts through a deal link, and providers can book sponsored placements, always marked as such; neither changes the price you pay.
Accuracy, without guarantee
We collect prices and conditions from the providers' public websites with care and refresh them continuously. Providers can still change anything at any time.
Everything on this site is therefore provided without guarantee: only the provider's own current terms are binding. Check them before you subscribe.
Our database and fair use
The plan database behind this site is our work product. Every plan is collected from the providers' public websites, then structured, verified, scored and kept fresh with substantial ongoing effort. Here is what fair use of it means:
Allowed
- Browsing and comparing plans for personal use
- Sharing links to any page
- Indexing and quoting with attribution (search engines, AI assistants)
- Quoting Price Index statistics with attribution and a link
Not allowed
- Bulk extraction of the plan database for reuse
- Replicating or republishing the database or our rankings
- Building or feeding a competing offer with our data
- Claiming our work as yours or stripping attribution
Taking over and exploiting this work product through technical reproduction, without reasonable own effort, violates the Swiss Unfair Competition Act (UWG), art. 5 lit. c. We will pursue that, whether it targets the whole database or a substantial part. For anything beyond fair use, ask us for written permission by email.
Copyright and trademarks
Copyright in this site's own texts, design and illustrations belongs to us as the operator of MatchMyMobile. Provider names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them solely to identify their offers. No affiliation with or endorsement by any provider is implied.
Liability
To the extent Swiss law permits, we accept no liability for errors, gaps or outdated information on this site, or for decisions based on it. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by Swiss law.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies, and the effective date above reflects the last revision.
